anyone have a lead on a 88T-26240-85-BK hand grip

hey yammiheads,

I have a 99 srx 600. Have any of you found an alternative to the 88T-26240-85-BK hand warmer? I would like to just replace the one grip everything works fine. except the one grip got tore so it is no longer working. I can't seem to find the grip in stock any where says it was discontinued part.

I'm in the same situation. I've got a 98 Venture and the end of the grip is torn off, the wires are sticking out. I would like to replace 88T-26240-85-BK but they are tough to find. I found one on EBAY at $95 I like these grips and the other one is perfect. I will probably by this and stay original. Thoughts on this versus replacing both sides with a new system?

Could the 8DN-26240-00-00 from the 2000 on SRX700 be an alternative? They are still available it seems. I guess they are blue so both would need to be replaced. Then it's the question if they are the same wattage and so I guess.
