Hello i wonder if mountain cables are longer or is just the bars narrower? checked parts list and it seems that mountain viper has 2 types of throttlecables 8E K and 8EN? shortie has 8EK is 8 en longer and how much? i wonder if i just could change the bars to mountainbars to get them higher without changing cables i think they are wide enough with the hooks
It's longer but not sure how much. By memory it's 4 inches. But my memory is shorter than that too.

The mountain throttle cable is a little over 3 inches longer than cables on the shorty viper. I used Rsi cables and I have had very good luck with them but I know of other guys that opted to go with the mountain ones.
