I read in other places that I have to drill the holes that hold the shaft with the little wheels down 1/2 inch for every 1 inch of drop. So I have a 3 inch drop bracket for little shaft wheels down 1.5 inches?????
Thanks,

3" is a big drop. In order for your skid to work correctly you're going to need to drop all three points. First pull the skid, then take a piece of cardboard and cut a notch that will fit over the driveshaft. Stuff the cardboard up to the driveshaft and to top of tunnel and mark all three mounting holes. Now install your drop brackets and then put the cardboard template back in and swing it down till the rear mount hole lines up with the hole in your drop bracket. Mark the other two holes on the tunnel when the rear hole is lined up with the drop bracket. This is where your suspension should be mounted to maintain factory geometry and work correctly.
