Well I finally got her in. It makes such a big difference I cant even believe it. The only problem is it is lifting the skis off the ground. I adjusted the limiter shorter and it still does it. I can go one more hole but I'm thinking it probably has something to do with the transfer rod. When I took it apart it looked rough inside and I don't think it had parts in it anymore. I will fix for next year. The tunnel extension is something I just threw together so it is not going to be permanent. I plan on going through the whole sled this summer. I should get to try this skid out for 2 or 3 days and then it is supposed to warm up. Anyways thanks everyone for your help in me getting this installed. So far I only have about $550 in skid, track, bushing kit and brackets. Not bad I don't think.

leave the limiter alone, put it back. The transfer rod is what controls it.
What did this skid do to your speed and acceleration?

I'm not sure how to adjust the transfer rod yet. I'm guessing it is similar to the pro action. Thanks. It makes sense because it didn't really do anything when I shortened the limiter.leave the limiter alone, put it back. The transfer rod is what controls it.

So far acceleration seems better and I think it will get better when I get the suspension setup properly and top speed seems pretty much the same or more, but the track is shorter lug and not studded compared to my other track. What did this skid do to your speed and acceleration?
