I got my sled running and got the rpms dropped down to below 900 the servo moved but something doesn't seem right still. you can see the marks on the servo and the housing line up but i'm not understanding why my cables are so loose. Are the cables supposed to wrap on the under side? What am I missing or is that normal?

Yes, they should go under the pulley.
