1989 SRV bog under load

Idles good, revs up on stand, but on ground while sitting on it it bogs out. This thing is super clean low miles (may 2k) carbs recently cleaned, ran great until last sat night. Just happened suddenly, changes plugs on trail and it was ok, then it happened again. Was riding in pow and was some moisture under hood.

Plug caps were just changed to NGK prior to ride. I am thinking coil or plug wires are bad. Dealer thinks compression? Don't have a compression tester. What do you guys think?

I would try to determine if it's lean. What do the plugs look like?

Will it accel if you apply some choke?

Clutches are in working order?

Carb iced?
 
Plugs were a nice tannish brown. Don't think the carbs were iced, but it was about 0° outside. Will have to try giving it some choke and check the clutches

What about the float needle are these symptoms something that can be caused by the needle not seating properly?
