They look good. If you look at the bottom only the edge of the electrode is silver indicating you have same fuel left for colder temps. Can't tell with the other two because of picture.

That's about as far as she's going to go. You could drop a tooth on the top to gain a little more acceleration and get a touch more shift out. The big question, are you redline limited on top speed or drag limited. That would be the decision on the gearing.

I think it's drag limited. I saw about 165kmh on the lake@ ~8400rpm. She might of had a little more had it been better hard pack and a little more lake.

You could experiment and drop a tooth and see if she will pull more rpm after full shift out and a little more speed.
