I have read in the past about other brands HYVO gears fitting a Yamaha spline. What will fit and what modifications would need to be made to them? I'm thinking about top gears specifically for my 01 SRX.Yamaha gears are just too expensive and there's a bunch of various gearing for sale locally on a classified ad,I just need to know if any of it will fit a Yamaha.
I used polaris upper and lowers when racing cause I had them. To use them you need to make up different spacers so the offset is correct. Or you can just machine the faces down to match.
I thought I had read somewhere that Polaris gears would fit the Yamaha splines.Thanks Scott.
