Srx power valves

Not sure if anyone has tried this but I was wondering if I could have the power valves JET HOT coated to prevent buildup of carbon.

Question one: would the minimal coating thickness cause fit issues?

Question two: would the JET HOT coating prevent buildup?

Not sure on your questions BUT this is what I found on their web site " Aluminum and bearings are negatively affected by high temperature during the cure process." From the sounds of it the power valve would melt/deform in the process.
