I will be working on something similar this summer... once I get them both in the shop I might be able to pull some dimensions for you.

Thought I'd check to see if you ever had a chance to drop an SRV skid this summer. Just getting ready to drag the old SS in the shop and have some fun building before the snow fly's.

That would be great. Looks like the same skid. I just need the location of the mounting holes in the tunnel.
Front hole horizontal distance from the center line of the hole to the flat face of the hex drive shaft and vertical distance from the top of the tunnel to the center line if the mounting hole.
Center of idler shaft mounting hole horizontal distance from center line of front mounting hole and vertical distance down from top of tunnel.
Center of rear mounting hole horizontal distance from centerline of front mounting hole and vertical distance down from top of tunnel.

I found THIS: it may not be for an SRV, though I think it is, since that is the only reason I think I would have it.
This help?
It likely won't, as it is to put an Xtra 10 in an SRV. [emoji15]

Thanks. The X10 has a lot more travel than the stock SRV skid so I am pretty sure there mounting would be different. However it is good to know because it f I come across an X10 skid it will likely end up in my 82 SRV.

I will post the measurement in a few. I will send you the stock measurement. I also have drop brackets welded on both rear sides to lower my rear suspension by two or three inches. So I can run a bigger lug track. The brackets where off a exciter, it's the way I bought from the guy. But it works nice.

Here are the mounting messurements.
1) starting with top of tunnel to center of hole.
1) front bolt 4 3/4 to center.
2) second hole top to center 3 3/4.
3) third hole. Top to center 5 1/2. Front center to middle center. 16 inches.
second center to third center 12 inches.
front center to rear center 27 3/4 inches . Hope that helps.

Thanks, Just need confirm that the distance from the centre of the hex drive shaft to the front mounting bolt is 4-1/2" (pic #2) or is it from the flat face of the hex drive shaft to the centre of the mounting bolt. It's the critical measurement and either one will work. I just need to get this one bang on for everything else to work.
