Long story short, I bought a new pair of Klim gloves at the snow show this past fall. I used them for one season of riding and they developed tears in the palms. I contacted Klim's warranty dept, they inspected the old gloves and sent me a replacement pair. I was happy to see a company stand behind their product. I already have a ton of Klim gear and I will continue to purchase my gear from them. Klim has earned a customer for the rest of my sledding days!

Bought the keweenaw bibs last season after 20 years of having a wet arse when riding in deep snow and have been awesome.And yesterday I bought there new BOA lace system adrenaline GTX boots,best boot ever on my feet(pic from yesterday).

I wear mostly klim as well.....plan to get the bibs this coming season or next....love there gear and recommend it to anyone
Thats fricken awesome. Really nice to see a MFG like that step up and take care of the customer.
