Hey guys, any suggestions on how to clean the inside of the headlight lens? I've got the whole unit removed, but I can't seem to separate the lens from the housing. Any suggestions? Mine is very grimy on the inside and I want to make it look a lot more clear.
If the headlight is similiar to an automotive one, the housing needs to be heated prior to seperating at. There are some videos on you tube showing the process. The options are to use a heat gun or bake them in an oven. I have cleaned and painted the inner housings on a few of my vehicles. I've had success with both methods.
