Hello all, hopefully this doesn't open up a can of worms!
I have had my viper for 3 years. Got it with the bender pipes, studded stock track at least 144 outside and middle. Opticool head gasket. I rode it for a year and was super fast but sucked the gas So I put stock jets in and put it back to stock exhaust. Changed the clutch to this set up. I was told it was what Dr. Viper had. Red primary 3.1 g at tip 2.4g middle 5-6 washers at heel. I got a Dalton 48/34 secondary helix and red spring in #6 hole. Now rode it last year a got to open it up across a long lake. It's been over a year now but if memory serves me correct I think I hit 109 on Speedo and 86 on gps not sure on Rpms. engagement is at about 4100. After reading all the articles on clutching I'm confused again. Now talking about a green spring and steeper angles on helix. Not sure what to do now. New track is in the future thinking of using the cobra. But trying to get a little more out of the girl first.
Any and all help is appreciated
