93 Phazer II ST OEM suspension specs

Hi everyone,

I picked up a 93 Phazer II ST and just wondering what the stock position is on the suspension straps?

I went out on the lake and it was REALLY hard to turn, so I figure maybe the PO has too much weight on the front, I do have the rear springs at the highest as I put the kids or wife on the back occasionally.

Loosen the front straps all the way and set the front skid springs as stiff as they can go.

Thank you, didn't know I had spring adjustments on the front also, lots to learn
