Bore out of spec or tired rings. Just what I'd start with.

What would cause this only in one cylinder?

Lean carburetor, tuning parts too lean for conditions, dirty/obstructed passageways, or combination of both. Bad gas could contribute as well.

Bad exhaust gasket ...all those things need to be check
