Alright fellows I need a little professional help here. I just rebuilt the top end on my sx viper, changed the jet needle to the 4th clip top down, both washers underneath the clip, carbs are spotless clean, air/fuel screws are turned out 2 turns, when I snap the throttle I’m getting some bog, I did the carb cleaner air leak detection method, found nothing, could an exhaust manifold cause this issue or bad power valves, thanks in advance, Jeremy

Are pilots clean? Have you looked at the reads make sure they are closing tight or power valve stuck.

It could also be clutches. Does it bog with belt off and on the stand?

Pilots are clean, reeds are good, I noticed a few small cracks in the exhaust y pipe, could this be an issue?
