I race 660 ft snow drags on hard packed snow. Setting up the 79 SRX
to race without using a cool down cart. Want to defeat the tunnel exchanger only.
Anyone try this to comment on how well it works? Racing stock events that allows some alterations.

Parts listing makes it look like comes out of engine to rad then to
cooler then back to engine .. Looks like a hose from radiator to engine would fit.
My question is why . Maybe 8 lb involved . Expect you need clearance in track tunnel
for some nasty studs.
Are you allowed to add an extra rad even for more coolant ? as I expect some days you
will be shutting off so hot that when water pump stops circulating it could seize.
Just my thoughts .
