Working on a 1993 sx, I pulled the struts off and at the bottom is a 1/2" drive plug, i removed that but my question is how do I recharge them with nitrogen?
and at what PSI?

Contact @cannondale27, Steve should be able to help you. If they are rebuildable, there would be a rubber needle spot at the bottom of the strut.
