Yes it will, Been done may times. Did this to my Vipers and love it. Same as a SRX. Grips are a direct wire and you don't need new throttle or oil cables depending on how high ya go. Do à search for apex bars lots of reading.
Apex bars are not the same rise, here are a few links on how to do it. Both on vipers but would be about the same riser height as SRX. I went just a bit higher then stock so i put on new cables.
I've got a srx with apex bars on it at the house. Haven't looked into it much but next time I'm home I'll look at it a little closer. Maybe post you a pic or two
So I am guessing that if I use a 3 inch riser with the stock SRX column and the APEX bars it should result in a bar height close tot he stock SRX set up?
After looking at both bars, I think a 4 inch riser will get the height back. The stock SRX bars have a bit of rise built in while the Apex bars do not. Anyone agree with the 4 inch block?
The difference in height is about 3.5 inches. So depending how you go about this and what height you want to achieve. Looks like you want to back to stock so easy fix would be a 3.5" rox pivot riser ( will bring you back to stock height. You can go as much as 3.5" higher without changing cables. So you could use a powermadd pivot adapter (1.25" of rise) and riser block of choice up to 5" riser block. With just a pivot tube adapter at stock stem up to 7" riser block.
