Bleeding Oil Injection

Cleaning my fuel, antifreeze and oil tanks this summer (among many other things). I wasn't aware you had to bleed the oil system if you disconnect the line. Any way to bleed without removing the carbs? That sounds just crazy to me at this point after finally getting everything back together. Sled is a 98 Vmax 700XT.

Not that I know of... It's also a good idea to pre-mix the first tank of gas.

I thought you could remove the bleeder screw and it woudl prime??? No?

Yes, that the way it's done. I was just saying I like to also run a tank of pre-mix just to be on the safe side.

You got it! That's the way you do it....just remove that bleeder screw and wait for the oil to come out. It's pretty slow...
