Blair Morgan still up to his dirty racing

yeah i am not a angel i have to admit i have given others a love tap just to let them know hey i am right on your tail, waitng for a opening, but never put someone out just to take the lead that to me is cheap and not a good competitor. if i couldnt pass someone with fairness then they deserve to win for keeping the lead.
 

I dont think blair is a dirty racer,he very agressive..If your not agressive you dont win races.When 10 to 15 sleds race into a corner there is gonna be bumping and pushing,I have seen tucker do the same bump and run moves as blair,its racing.As far as blair being a dick,all i can say is met him in Barrie ontario after a race and he was really cool,he talked to us for quite awhile,took some pics.
 
If I were racing any kind of race I would like to be a Mark martin. I feel he should be more pushy when he has a better car but I bet that man could go to sleep every night for 14 hrs without worrying about hurting or killing someones husband,father or mother because of his emotions at that moment and time. I guess you figured out I'm a martin fan.
 
This is getting old, Blair wins X gold again. Haven't seen the race, but he must've been rude and bumped all the faster riders off the track again. Damn Morgan!!!!! ARGHHHH!!!!
 
Who cares? - I must be missing something - Blair Morgan wins on what ever he is riding - just as Ricky Carmichael wins on what ever he is riding - whats it all mean Bassil? - I've never bought an Arctic Cat or a Ski Doo because Blair Morgan wins on them and I've never bought a Honda or a Suzuki because Ricky Carmichael wins on them - quite frankly I don't see where it proves squat - I think it is quite boring actually - maybe everyone needs an idol winning races on the brand of sled they are riding - I for one do not! - so, enlighten me fellow Yammimen!
 
Take a look at these drivers who have been at the top of their respective motorsport. Shumacher, Dale E., Tony Stewart, Kurt Busch, Paul Tracy, Alex Zanardi, Juan Montoya. What do they all have in common? They are all agressive as hell and have punted their fair share of competitors during a race. It is up to sanctioning body to determine what is considered applicable racing technique. The snowcross officials obviously do not have a problem with bumping in the corners otherwise Blair would have been seeing a lot of black flags. I have raced go carts too and in my experience the real fast guys who usually won had no problem giving you the punt if they needed to get by. Us Gentlemen racers had a blast racing each other clean, and usually finished mid pack. However, we weren't being paid big bucks by a manufacturer who was expecting wins to sell their product. I don't buy into the theory that Blair gets special treatment. All three participating manufacturer's spend WAY too much money in snowcross to sit back and let the WSA give Blair a free ride.

The guy is fast, has stayed ahead of the competition for many years, and I respect him for that. I also was very impressed on how he bounced back from his moto - x accident in 2003 (compound fracture of the leg and cracked vertebrae) and still came out and won in snow-x 6 months later!! He is a great racer and the record books that have his name plastered all over them don't lie.

I am quite amazed at how many hate the guy, but I am biased because he is from my neck of the woods. Thinking about it, I have a hard time not hating Micheal Schumacher, who has dominated F1 in similar fashion to Blairs run in snowcross. I guess it's natural to hate the guy who has been at the top for a long time.
 
Im not a blair fan myself , but if i had the chance to race ,and not have to pay for my own equipment, i would try like hell to put the other racers 10 rows up in the bleachers , i think it looks fun .....i dont think it is dirty ..i think its "rubbin"..s,,Dale Sr. made a great name for himself "rubbin" .... the other racers do try to do it to him ...but they cant catch the little basterd ....just my .02 ..looks like fun to me ...just wish i had the nuts to jump like those guys .....
 
I couldn't imagine it to be fun to put someone up in the the bleachers at that speed and on purpose. I guess it is the choices we make at the time and we donot worry what will happen later or who is hurt. Live by the sword (DIE BY IT TOO!!!!!).

DQ'ed

At MIS speedway two weekends ago Blairs teammate did the same move to take 1st place with 2 laps to go. After presenting him with the trophy and all the interviews he was DQ'ed for that move and the 2nd place finisher got the win.

Just an FYI
 
yeah but you dont see blair getting dq'ed thats what i mean about politics in racing its all b*llsh*t probally he got dq'ed because he doesnt have a name in the sport or got caught doing it where the officials turn there heads when blair does it. jmo
