Michigan law will be enforced this year

It costing me $52 but that better than $250.
I guess it's a good thing my dad poo is still tore apart. It used to be mine but I gave it to him. It's a 95 xcr 600 with an 85 Indy 600 engine with a 650 big bore kit and aaen triple drag pipes it definitely will not pass.
 
$52 isn't bad for piece of mind. The poo definitely has a good chance of getting a ticket.lol
 
I've been reading about the j192 and the j2567 test but still don't quite understand how they conduct the test. It says that the different surfaces make the sound read different levels. So how do they get an accurate reading?
