While cleaning the carbs for my 750 I was scavenging parts off another rack. I noticed the floats don't (bounce) like they are on a spring like the ones on the parts carbs. Are the needles worn? Should I swap the seat out also(as a set)? Just wondering if this would cause poor performance? The carbs are cleaned annually but have high miles.
