Hello, quick question. I have put the new updated TPS in. The number were looking for is .681. I have the TPS rotated all the way back and can only get to .622. Is there a reason I can only get this low. In addition I have my Idle RPM set to 1500
 
I may have been hooking my tester up wrong. Let me make sure I'm doing it right. Facing the sled from the clutch side:

Left pin is the neg for the 5 volt pack and voltage tester
middle pin is the positive to the voltage tester
right pin is the 5 volt from the pack

Using this i was able to get my .681 at 1500 rpms
