is your carb vent plugged into the air box? this causes large power loss and rich condtion.
just thought of another od thing that I have seen. check to make sure all your needles and slides are moving up with the throttle. had a screw fall out once and stopped opening one carb.

Slide all move. I see light through gromet at airbox

Also just this season it seems like I am using more gas.

The airbox looks normal enough as far as fuel spitting back inside. But when I said airbox, that gave Scott an idea.

More problems. Started the new problem on new post. Don't think this has anything to do with this.

Check compression, I found sleds started doing that when a piston was slightly damaged which let go later on, hopefully it's ok.
