Considering the nasty scuffing on your pistons, and the knowledge that it probably did run without oil for a little while, mite be a good idea to start fresh with new pistons and rings. Goodluck

I was able to remove the light scuffing with very fine emery and put on a set of spare OEM rings I had.

Looks to be signs of a slight cold seizure on the one piston. Let your sled warm up throughly before you gas 'er!

Noticed the scoring on one piston looks to be in line with the ring gap for each ring. May also want to double check the gap on the replacement rings.
