Viper Electrical Issue Need Help!!!!

I'll start off saying I've searched and read a ton on here already. Here it goes 02 viper without electric start or reverse. Was rolled and speedo broke off still worked then acted up year later. Different speedo same thing. New used engine wire harness looked over before installed still same thing. New voltage regulator no change. This was all last year. This year just installed new aftermarket stator. Ran fine idle in shop everything working fine drove 200 yards same thing again gauge rest lights dim lack of horsepower. Any ideas???? Have you checked your smoothing condenser?

No I didn't, how do you check it I think it's by crankcase correct?

Any way to test the smoothing condensers or any other ideas on what could be the issue?

I don't know but I would assume you can test it with an ohms meter. And yes it should be by the crankcase on the viper.

Ok. I got some used smoothing condensers off an exact same sled. On those there is a 1.5 stamped on one and I believe 2.6. On mine both are have 1.5 on them. Why would this be?
