HELP!!! just rebuilt 91 exciter 570 won't fire

Just rebuilt our exciter all the way down to crank seals. Wants to fire just won't and if it does it dies quick. Has spark and seems to be getting fuel. Head light was lighting up but recently stopped. Any information greatly appreciated!

Did you do an entire rebuild or just new pistons and rings??

We did seals and pistons rings gaskets

Did you clean the carbs?? Is the sled in fact a 91?? I have owned many exciters and a good handful of them came with the wrong year on the registration card. The year will make a difference since the ignition is different between the older and newer 570's. Are the plugs wet???

its a 91. Plugs were not wet, cleaned carbs 2 times gas got to the carbs lines were full aswell

Were gonna try a new fuel pump with all new lines today after work. We deleted the oil pump (believe it failed which caused it to blow up)

I doubt the oil pump failed, but it could be a possibility. I have seen many, many 570 burn downs and only one was due to a bad pump. 80% were due to bad seals, more common on the mag side, the others were due to overheating, which will look like a failed oil pump, being the sides of the piston will be scuffed and damaged similar to an oil pump malfunction.
Anyway. Test the fuel pump by disconnecting the fuel lines from the carb and give it a pull. If it shoots gas out of the lines, it is good. Rarely do fuel pumps go bad. Sometimes if they have sat dry, they will need to be primed and will work fine after some fuel is pulled though it.
Throw some gas down the cylinders, hold the throttle open and see what happens.
