[Video] Help Diagnose Bog / Low power 600 xtc

I'm going to run a few tests today and clean the carbs again. I'll update later today or tomorrow. Hopefully i see some improvement.
 
Has to go out of town for work. Finally tore back into this today.. Check out the reeds one of these is not like the other!!

Now.. My guess is the remainder of it is in the engine... Is it burned up? I really don't want to tear this down but looks like I'm going to have to. Thoughts? I have an extra set.. Should unjust throw them in?

Btw both cylinders have 125 psi.

Hey Guys,

Just updating this thread in case anyone comes across it with similar symptoms. The reeds were definitely the issue. I should have looked at them the first time I pulled the carbs off. I put my spare set of reeds back in (stock with notch mod) and the sled sounds healthier than ever before and she rips now.

Just curious, the missing blade of the reed would cause what? Would the cylinder be flooded from too much fuel, or starved from not enough?

Glad you were able to figure it out. My wife's XTC is having a similar issue from this weekend's trip. Idles all day but is slow to rev. Almost like it's loading up badly. It does rev out but seems low on power. My seasons done so I will likely leave it until next year but will certainly check the reeds next fall.
