What other model grips will work on an '01 SRX? Will any of the 4 stroke ones work with the proper wiring to get the resistance the same as the stock SRX grip heaters?

Viper ones will work. Also the nytro, apex, vector ones will work. You just have to wire them them in parallel instead of a series to get correct ohm. I don't remember exact numbers on four stroke grips but look up Steiners post " apex bars on a viper". All the numbers and great directions in that post. Will apply to your Srx.
