I am in the early stages of building a 98 SRX for snow drags. I am planning to run a 1.25" Ripsaw 2, with 1.5" studs. I am prepared to go to 8t extrovert drivers of necessary. Anyone with experience running 1.5" studs in an SRX? Will they clear? Thanks. Woody

if this will help ya. i ran a 1.200 chisel with stk .092 track , this was with heat/snow cooler protectors still in. i would not run any longer. you are changing drivers so it will be close. becareful here, its a huge hassle damaging that heat exchanger. 3:16x (yammie tony)

Thanks Tony, I assume you are referring to the front heat exchanger near the driveshaft. I have considered removing this H/E to gain clearance, if possible. I would likely keep the rear H/E and the running board H/E's. This is not a trail sled, but I would prefer not to need a cool down cart if I can avoid it.
