Yes it should be. 100 psi or less is a worn out motor that needs a rebuild. Even my old unrebuilt 13 000 km 700 redhead motor still has 127-130-126 psi ( one layer removed off the head gasket)

Compression numbers themselves don't mean much, all gauges are different plus you air density affects the number as well. The number will also increase if you pull it faster or more times.
That cylinder being 10 psi lower though is a concern, the srx should have even compression across all cylinders. You should pull the head off and have a look at it.
