Ported sx 700 setup help

put 4.5 gram rivets in the tips, and check rpm with everything else the same. You can always grind a tad off the big head side of the rivets if 4.0 grams gets you spot on at 8500rpm..
 
I added 1 gram to the tip of my weights and it goes right to 8500-8600 rpms and creeps up a touch more on a long run. It does feel stronger this way. I misspoke, I already had 4.5 grams outer hole so I added a new rivet with a 1 gram washer under the head. 3.6 gram in the inner hole for sure.

This engine seems to make great power. Shouldn't I be a touch lower and creep up to 8500? Wondering if I should add a gram to the inner hole?
