Wiring harness connections- where do they go to Yamaha Phazer II

Hi I am trying to fix a Yamaha Phazer II sled I picked up. I took it all apart and cleaned it up. Trying to figure out where all the connections go for the wiring harness and am struggling please help if you know where these should go.

I have a few connections that don't seem to have a home. I am posting pics for reference.

Can anyone wage a guess what these three things are for and where I should connect them.

Basket case??? In picture #2, that one is for a backup alarm. That connection is standard on 100% of harnesses. If you don't have reverse, it is unused.

4 is hand warmer connection if I am not mistaken and 5 and 6 are is the tether cup for the red pull out kill tether.
