Improper idle.....first start-up after storage?

Thanks for all the info guys I appreciate it!
Cleaned these carbs out real good, gotta sync the slides, and then reinstall the rack. Do all the idle, thumb free play and oil cable adjustments followed by PV clean and adjustment and I should be golden!
