Is it just the pictures or is that filter really dirty? Any chance you can try some varsol or detergent on it?

i know thats a vmax 4 ski. show the rest of the sled. lol. and correct picture above. 3:16x (yammie tony)

There's a buncha pics and a sweet video in the vmax 4 section here. Check it out you will love it buddy!
Also thanks for the clarification on the friggin foam! Can't believe that this may be my issue lol

Thought of something here.for shits n giggles.....were you getting no power top rpm on the trail or on a stand? My sled will rev up on a stand but not loaded on the trail?

I do not run the foam on my 2000 SRX 700 it runs better with out it. When I have the cover on it i get the same bog you guys are experiencing. With out it it pulls like crazy!

Sounds like the carbs need more air. Pull plugs immediately after a wide open stint. To me the carbs get enough air when the box is off but then too restricted just trying to pull through an empty air box.

The oil pump cable is long enough to go around the air box.

Doesn't appear that the cable is long enough to route nicely around the airbox. I may give it a go though to confirm.it appears it would be on a weird angle and have tension on it.

Got my pv's adjusted and cleaned, hopefully adjusted correctly. Riding this weekend so hopefully I have no rpm pulling issues. If I do I'm lost :(

Op never confirmed whether the issue pulling rpm was when riding loaded up or unloaded on a stand. I know my sled will rev up on a stand but riding it will not. My foam is in wrong. We shall see this weekend how it does

You might have to move cables and wiring around under the handlebars. Also make sure it doesn't pull apart when you turn the handlebars. Unless someone else put a different cable on mine before I got it. It is a different part number for the 00-02.
