OK, as I unload the sled from the trailer I notice no lights....is their a fuse or anything?

There's a relay. They will act up. Sometimes, if you're lucky, the lights will come on after the sled warms up a couple minutes. There could be wires that have rubbed through also. My bet would be the relay though. Good luck.

Thanks...printed off wiring diagram....look in a Cpl days when I have time.

Look for rub through on wire harness under engine. best way is to unhook at headlight harness connection. Tie a string on to it so you can pull back under engine. then pull harness out from under engine from under air box. Easier then it sounds and very common problem.
