Well first off, I took it for a ride a few weeks ago going 40 to 50 down trails and the lights all cut out for a couple seconds.... next thing I noticed was the light didn't come on one day when it was out getting warmed up for almost 2 minutes, then I did a edge swap in it , started it up and it ran for a minute and the headlight cut out then 10 seconds or so later the engine died. Now I checked the spark and its not getting any and wont start at all. First thing i checked was wiring connections they all seemed good and tight. tomorrow i was planning on checking the ground wires. Not sure where there are all located. under the engine , up front and ?? and any other advice? Maybe bad stator??? what to look for ? thanks for the help!

likely the wire harness under the engine is chaffed and shorted out, theres tons of information on here how to fix it
