1994 Yamaha Vmax 600 custom budget build

Hello from Michigan! So I started build out this summer with a 1988 Yamaha Exciter 570 I bought for a 150 bucks and was planning to getting running mod it and to long track it, until I found a running 94 vmax 600 with only 4000 miles for 200 bucks, so I switched projects and here I am! It's been a very fun, and informative build, but very time consuming the hours I've put into this sled is crazy but worth every moment.

I'm 98 percent done, but there are still minor problems I'm dealing with that I could use professional help with to wrap up this project!

Wish I would've taken more pictures but hopefully you can get a pretty good idea of what I'm working with and what I've done! But my question is, the suspension was made for the sled but was custom with the rail extensions and from there and I've had nothing but problems! First the track was so tight everything was binding, I finally got the rail extensions shortened so the suspension could compress and function properly, then the track wouldn't spin, got the the track spinning and now but when I take off the sled lundging forward at take off, like the chain in case is too lose or the pto side bearing is on it's last leg and I need to replace it! That I need help with clutch tuning and carb tuning, for I don't have a manual, if anyone has a service manual PDF i would be forever grateful. Thanks
