Dead dash 1999 Venture

So I just found that my dash appears dead. I have no lights that that work in the gauges, the tech is dead and I am pretty sure the fuel gauge is also not powered. My headlight and taillight work. Sled seems to run fine. This is a pull start andI have no miles this year yet.

I checked connections that I can see all appears well. Any thoughts?

Harness rub through under engine that has coroded over the summer? Do a search on harness rub through. Tons of info on checking and fixing. Very common problem. Double check all connections first, clean and some contact grease go a long way.
