are there going to be any special order sleds

i heard that i think one of the apex's is limited, and there is still yet to come the unveiling of the anniversary sled. can't wait for that one, hopefully its got some sweet stuff to it!!! hey, ya never know, theres still a chance of a turbo. anyone know when the other po's cats and doos release dates are? curious to see the competition. thanks!!!

They don't need too. The other 3 are betting on direct, or semi direct injection. Even if they did try, they would get laughed at cause yamaha is so far ahead. From what I hear, E-Tek from Bombardier is making 2 strokes cleaner than 4 strokes in many regards. They have them in their marine lineup now. Some sort of voice pulse pump is making it work (I have no idea??). If they are introduced into ski doo's sleds this year, expect some sort of 4 stroke bashing in their ads.

ski doo is betting on the s.d.i....
Cat (suzuki) will be bringing something more potent in a 4 stroke....if not this year most likely next year...and lastly...
Polaris has spent big bucks for that 150 h.p. turbo twin "marine" motor only to shut down the pwc market and scrap it?....I think not...that motor will be in a sled in the next two years.....you can bank on it!
 
I'm surprized Polaris hasn't released that turbo yet. Rumor had it that they've been working on it for some time now. But remember, Polaris also spent big bucks on the 150hp cleanfire 2-stroke. Cat will have to come out with S.D.I, no way will they scrap the firecat and a 4-stroke will not fit in that chassis.
 
look for the other guys to "gradually" move into the 4 stroke market.....cat will have a differnt chassis...like they did for the t660...and polaris? who knows....might be a variation of the I Q chassis...after all...the four stroke is a twin also...for all we know they designed that sled with that in mind from the start?

who cares anyway let them sort out there updates first except for skidoo (nice sledds) not many for them, just polaris and still cat yamaha when you say updates you hear nothing but crickets in yamaha country ;)!
