Hehe, thats right, picked up a 1992 vmax 4, bone *** stock, 2700 miles, overall nice condition, one of the um... 'pogo' thingies is bent, and the hood has a crack where it hit a little tree or something, otherwise its nice. How many g's do I need to put into this badass to make it a monster??? How fast do they go in stock form???


Of course, this means srx is staying stock, and gettin a 136 under it:p

about how much HP does a quad pipes max4 have?

whats the top speed?
 
750's run about 155-165 and the 800's 160-170hp depending on which quads you choose.
Top speed is well over 100 mph depending on clutching & gearing.
 
I sold the max 4 locally for 1500, hey, made 300 on the deal:)

that 1500 is going into bigbore srx:)
 
sold it already?????? damn! they are the SWEETEST sounding sleds anywhere! anyone have a sound clip of one??? ;)
 
sweet! I will have to troll around. havent been on that site in a while :) I am jealous of your 96 vmax, that the year dad and I had :( was bone stock and was rebuilt (for no reason it turned out) by a bunch of idiots at our local dealer. had to rebuild it twice, after they did it the first time they couldnt get it to run. never trusted the sled after that, so it got traded in :(
