If you remember my previous post, I melted a piston in my 2002 Viper. I've pulled the motor and disassembled it. I'm looking for someone to check the crank and at a minimum replace the lower rod bearing on the cylinder I melted. I'm located in North Central Ohio. I'm willing to travel to find someone who is familiar with Yamaha triples. I also need to get the other 2 cylinders and pistons mic'ed to check their clearances, but I can get than done pretty easily locally. Other things that I would like help with is rebuilding both primary and secondary clutches after the engine is taken care of.
Would definitely be interested if Mr Viper does this kind of work.
