When you say turned it do you mean you pulled the cables and the spool rotated on its own? If so don't worry about it,once the engine fires up the spool will go back to its natural position.Just make sure the cables didn't shift on the grooves of the spool because there's a specific way the 3 cables wrap around and a specific position for them to be hooked in place.
