bender piped viper problem
last year i bought these pipes. i phoned dalton's clostest dealer around me for a clutch kit they sent me 53 gram weights 54/43 helix, blue black primary spring and they said i didn't need to change my secondary but to put the per-wind on 80. put everything on sled and it was great. ran it for 2 weeks and pullin 9000 rpms desided to bring gagement down tried 60 on pre-wind the sled use to bog out of the hole it seemed like there was not enough pre-wind
two weeks down the road i found out i has to cut my air box so i did what bender recommended.
i was running 165 mains and 55 poilets 2 turns out on my air screw, my needles are in stock position i decided to jet down to get better performance to 162 mains across the board never did anything else.
a month went by i said to myself this sled feels like it's gettin slower so i changed my gearing to 21/38 instead of 22/38 kept riding it at the end of the year surprise i burnt it down. took piper off and put it back stock. this year i put the pipes back on 165 mains 55 poilets 2 turns out on the air screw same clutch kit blue/black spring in primary 53/43 helix stock spring in secondary per-wind on 70 53 gram weights rpms around 8800 gearing at 21/38 took it out no good for nothing getting beat by 600s i am PISSED!! is there a chance my crank is out now. i have no pull off the line or mid range .(feels like power valves not working)RPMS IS ALWAYS ON 8800-9000
