Does anyone know if there is any aftermarket bearing kits for a 00 sxr 700d? I can't find a listing for this sled other then oem. I'd rather not spend $90 on 2 bearings and a seal if I don't have to.

Look on your existing bearing and get the generic part #.
It's just a 6205.
For the chaincase, I wouldn't cheap out. Get an NTN,Nachi or equivalent.

Can you get aftermarket ones like that? They look exactly like the ones for most other models from that year but for some reason the sled I have I can't find anything other then right from Yamaha. I'd think they would all be the same.
