Did your dad ride Arctic Cat or Polaris...LOL First year bugs are negligible at most on a Yammy. I'd buy one if my pockets were deeper.

sorry dan Q...no fuel injection for the three stroke says the head of the motorsports group...
for me the mass centralization and moving the rider forward 6" will make a huge handling difference...I think from what I see they've hit the mark of quality, improved ergos....and a minimal compromise for the perceived gain

no my dad was a tailgunner, us navy sbd dauntless and probably shot down more zeros so you and i could have the freedom to ride a friggin snowmobile. sorry my dad and i were very close and he liked the yamaha sleds. never rode sleds but, harley davidsons were his toys.

I love the looks of the Apex mountain, but the price. My dealer is selling new 04' mountain vipers for almost half that price. Just to early in the 4 stroke game for me. Soc

I voted! I want one real bad (APEX RTX) and the wife said yes! BUT, I'm the conservative type and look at it this way. I get to ride my sled an average of 10 day's per season. I currently ride an 02 Viper (7100 miles on it) thats in it's 4th season of riding and this year I've been on it for 3 day's (so far). Staying with my averages I have ridden this sled for 33 days since new. For me it's just hard to justify the purchase of a new sled every couple of years or so. I keep them for a minimum of 5 years before replacing to get my monies worth out of the purchase. I rode my 97 SX for 5 years and put 12,600 miles on it in basically 50 days of riding, so it won't be until 08 for me. Is it 08 yet? Please hurry cause I want one real bad!
