What is that hose between the mag and center cylinders for on a 2003 viper.It mounts to Reed cage....it's a rubbber line with some sort of adjustment screw on the end????

It's between the mag and center cylinder.Its a hose with an adjuster on the end? Is it the oil pump bleed?

Don't see it in that link.....I think it's coming from the oil pump

sounds like oil pump bleed.
That would indeed be the oil pump bleeder.Philips head screw in the fitting is taken out so the air can be bled out of the pump.
