Looking for a Viper short block

Hi-
My '02 Viper was a great running sled....Until it wasn't. Major engine failure this past weekend. I was pretty convinced I'd had enough and want to get a more modern Yamaha, and part this one out, but, then got to thinking....All it needs is a short block, everything else is solid. I have no idea what one's even worth, so if anybody has one for sale, I'd be interested.....

I haven't taken it apart yet, but, I'm thinking an entire bottom end, with crank, connecting rods, pistons....The head is probably fine, carbs and exhaust are good.

the bottomend in the pics is that of a sx red head 600-700 engine, they don't interchange with a viper...just fyi. maybe just a mistake in ad but the engine case needs to read 8ek on it.

im in the process of rebuilding my viper and the case i took out of my machine that has a hole in it reads 8fb what does that equate to thanks
