why in the one photo where the back is to the camera facing off towards the right does it look like your transfer rod is a shock? nice lookin sled by the way!!!

Where did you get the wheels from , Canadian dealer? Did you need an ofset axle? I broke a rear wheel yesterday and been thinking about billet 8 in wheels, just bought a plastic one today, friggin 30 bucks, sounds like next years project, billet wheels.

These wheels came off the factory race sleds...I bought a race sled...yes you do need an offset axle or use custom rail extensions..like I did when I went to 136.

heres a couple more the shocks improve ride but will send the sled airborn over a ant hill on acelleration i need to tighten spring preload to stop this and put adjustable stopers on the rear H arm to hit on the rubber blocks i installed. the rails are made to accept the 8 inch wheels with no offset axle and the adjusters are on the oppisite side of the axle so you do not have a bending issue as the stock ones do over big jumps.i realy like it on bare ice as with running lots of transfer the skis are aways in the air but with these they push the transfer back and you can still stear.

Looks pretty slick, yeah, i forgot to add that i bent the track adjuster beyond repair, so i had to buy that too, damn new revalved , viper shocks, has me looking for more air time. Put on a new track at the same time, had the track tight, so it wouldnt ratchet, and i was informed that if he track is too tight it will break thewheels on hard impacts. Your adjusters look interesting, second adjuster and 2 wheels in 2 years.

boondocker you could cut out the rear of the rails and weld onther set on top with a threaded coller pointed the other way for the adjuster.or a bolted on set like ricks.the non slip drivers do work well if are well picked.
